- All asterisk(*) marked fields are mandatory and essential to be filled in by the applicant.
Applicant will get only one chance to submit the form and there will be no update or alteration facility for the submitted form. The applicant is strictly instructed to provide all the details correctly.
- The Applicant is required to upload scanned copy[-image file only i.e. JPG/JPEG/PNG/BMP file] of recent colour passport size Photograph, DOB proof & Qualification Certificate(s). Click to view Upload Guide.
- The Applicant is required to mention only his/her own mobile number in the "Primary Contact Number" and valid "Email Address" as all information/communication will be sent by our institute on this registered mobile number/email address. We also use WhatsApp for communication; it must be installed in your mobile device.
- The Applicant is requested to take a print out of filled-up application form after successful submission of online application for future reference.
- Application fee of INR 100/- and Convenience Fee once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
N.B:
»The Applicant applying for the course should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for the respective course.
»Their application at all the stages will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
»The CAD Centre, Jadavpur University takes up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents at subsequent stages of admission process.
